• West Pakistan Agricultural Machinery Department.
He holds the MS Engineering Management, and Bachelor of Engineering (Mech.) degrees. He has worked in various disciplines of:

The major portion of his career has been devoted to the Management of Plant Maintenance activities in diverse organizations, covering Maintenance of Plant and machinery in different fields and environments, such as
• Oil & Petrochemical Facilities handling, Chemical & Fertilizer Manufacturing, Gas field drilling, Manufacturing, Plant Shutdown / Turnaround planning & management, etc.
He has designed & implemented company-wide Maintenance Management, and Preventive Maintenance systems in different industries, like
• Fertilizer Manufacturing plant, Tire manufacturing industry, and Tile & Ceramics Factory.
He has facilitated and managed Corporate Training and Organization Development interventions for a number of years. He has designed and implemented:
