Muhammad Muneeb Kidwai / Change Bond
Mohammad Muneeb Kidwai is an IBA Graduate (Marketing) with 17 years of diversified work experience including Commercial, Sales, Service Quality and Training (Sales & Management).He was associated with leading companies like Zelin, Forbes Telecommunication (Motorola), ACB (United Parcel Service), TCS, Lufthansa Cargo Airline, Union Bank (now Standard Chartered), Sensei & Pfizer Pakistan.
Inspite of working in Logistics and Sales Management functions, his passion in Learning & Development always kept him part of various quality teams as well as coaching/training of his teams throughout his professional career.
He eventually chose training as his career in 2003 when he became Training & Quality Service Manager of Consumer Division of Union Bank where he regularly conducted full-day orientation trainings for new sales persons and coaching sessions till December 2004. He then had a brief association with Sensei as Management Consultant, where conducted two successful full-day workshops (one In-house and one Public Program) and completed a climate survey assignment before joining Pfizer. From April 2005 to December 2007, working as Corporate Training Manager in Pfizer, HR he helped the company successfully set up and manage their training function till December 2007 when he decided to start his own work as an Independent Trainer, Motivator & Coach by the name of The Change Agency.
Having given numerous presentations throughout his career including teaching Management to MBA students in 2000, he now currently teaches Training & Development and Strategic Thinking at PAF KIET University, City Campus.
