Mayur Sharma worked for over 10 years in International Business Development based out of locations as diverse as Delhi, Hong Kong, Dhaka, London, and Toronto. During his time as a corporate warrior Mayur built, nourished, and led up to 600-member teams playing an active role in the sphere of Organizational Learning and Development at each position.
An internationally certified outdoor facilitator from Outward Bound Canada, Mayur He is a passionate believer in the efficacy of experiential learning for self-discovery and realizing potential. He has designed and delivered programs on Teamwork, Innovation, Enhanced/Instrumented Learning, Effective Communication, and Achievement Orientation using individual and group processes in organizations across all business and service sectors.
Mayur has developed and delivered programs in Canada, India and across Asia for senior management, core teams, and cross-functional teams in organizations such as Tata Motors, Jindal Steel, IBM, International Finance Corporation (IFC), Microsoft, Hewitt, British Gas, Eli Lilly, Sony BMG, Schneider Electric and SAP Systems.
A keen bookworm, amateur photographer, and rock climber, Mayur is passionate about the power of play to change lives.
